A man, who was naked and bleeding profusely, gnawed on woman’s head all while “screaming like an animal” during a wild neighborhood rampage, Pennsylvania state police said.
The bizarre incident played out in the early morning hours of September 7th in Hawley Boro, which is in Wayne County, Pennsylvania.
According to investigators, the incident began when 20-year-old suspect Richard Ciminio Jr. parked his car behind a home on Hudson Street, got out and stripped down to his underwear.
State Police say Ciminio then tried to break into a home, but was unsuccessful. Police say Ciminio then took off his underwear and continued down Hudson Street and broke into an unoccupied home.
While inside that home, police say Ciminio walked up to the home’s second floor and jumped out a window, causing severe injuries to his arms and legs when he hit the ground.
Bleeding profusely at this point, Ciminio then encountered two females who were walking down the street.
State Police say Ciminio tackled one of the females, causing injury to her and covered her in his blood. Investigators say Ciminio then “began to gnaw” at the victim’s head while “screaming like an animal.”
The two females were able to escape from Ciminio and call police.
When police arrived, they found Ciminio lying in the roadway, covered in blood and displaying “delusional and confrontational behavior.”
Officers eventually were forced to tase Ciminio, but that did not stop his bizarre behavior as police say he punched an EMT, who was treating him, in the face.
Police were able to finally subdue Ciminio and he was taken to Geisinger Community Medical Center for treatment of his severe injuries.
It was not immediately known what, if anything, Ciminio was under the influence of during the frightening ordeal.
Ciminio is facing several charges, including aggravated assault, indecent exposure and burglary, among others.
An Angelina Jolie lookalike held a terrified taxi driver at knifepoint while she forced him to have sex, police in Tulcea, Romania, have been told.
Cabbie Nicolae Stan, 34, says that Luminita Perijoc, 30, threatened to kill him unless he agreed to perform oral sex on her after he’d dropped her off at her apartment.
“She asked me to help with her bag but when we were upstairs she got me in to her kitchen and told me she had to have sex with me,” claimed the married dad-of-three.
“I think she wasn’t used to anyone saying no because she flew into a rage when I declined. She took out a knife and forced me to undress and have sex with her.
“But she wasn’t satisfied and wanted sex again. When I refused she attacked me with a knife, and forced me to have oral sex with her, but then she still stabbed me,” he added.
Friends said that Perijoc is a huge fan of actress Jolie and models herself on the Tomb Raider star.
Stan says he only escaped when he managed to barricade himself into a bedroom and dial 999 on his mobile phone. Police say he was taken to hospital with more than half a dozen stab wounds.
“We are interviewing both parties to discover what could have happened,” said a police spokesman.
Three young sisters were confronted with an explicit photograph as they played with a demonstration iPad in a Bournemouth supermarket.
Nine-year-old twins Mollie and Millie, and eight-year-old Maisie Finn, made a beeline for the iPad on a shopping trip to Sainsbury’s at Castlepoint.
But the youngsters, who live at Saxonhurst Close in Redhill with their parents Dave and Katie Finn, were horrified to find a full-frontal photograph of a man exposing himself stored on the Apple device.
Their parents reported the matter to Dorset police and also complained to Sainsbury’s, which offered an apology and £150 compensation.
Now police investigating the indecent exposure have released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak with.
Inspector Mike Claxton said: This happened at about 10.15 am on Tuesday, August 14 in a busy supermarket. I am keen to speak to anyone who may have seen a man acting suspiciously near the electrical aisle of the stole. In particular I would like to speak to the man in the picture who I believe can help us with our investigation.”
Dave Finn, 47, said: “I was disgusted and was straight on the phone to head office but I don’t feel they really took our concerns seriously. They made it sound like it was an everyday occurrence but we were horrified.
“My mother-in-law was with them and when the girls went to tell her what they had seen, they were grey-faced, apparently. She thought they had broken the iPad at first, they looked so shocked.
“The girls are only eight or nine and obviously this is not something you would want them to see at that age. It shouldn’t have happened, there should be procedures in place that prevent anything like this happening.”
Dave added they would be putting the £150 in the girls’ trust fund but said he did not think it was adequate.
Mollie, who was the first to spot the picture, said: “We all thought it was yucky.”
A spokesperson for Sainsbury’s said: “We take rare incidents like this very seriously and have asked the police to investigate. We set the highest standards in our stores and the iPads on display are checked on a regular basis. We apologise for any distress caused to the family; someone from our customer care team has spoken to Mr Finn and we are dealing with his complaint.”
A man in Vernon, Connecticut, who police say stood outside his female neighbours’ back door, drunk and naked, early on Saturday faces charges.
Matthew J. Reid, who turned 41 on Tuesday, was charged with public indecency, criminal trespass, interfering with police and breach of peace at about 1:30 a.m. on Saturday.
Officers warned Reid to stay off his neighbours’ property after they reported that he had been standing outside their back door.
The women asked police not to arrest him but to tell him to go home and leave them alone, Lt. John Kelley said.
After police left, Reid returned to the neighbours’ property — this time wearing shorts, Kelley said. He yelled obscenities at the two female occupants.
Police responded a second time and arrested him.
Reid posted $1,500 bail and is scheduled to appear in Superior Court in Rockville on Sept. 4.
Police said that a man in Florida who fired a pistol in his apartment before running around the complex naked, was under the influence of synthetic marijuana.
Bradenton police said the 23-year-old man, whose name was not released, had been smoking the synthetic marijuana on Sunday night before firing a Glock handgun in his apartment and running around the Sheridan Place Apartments complex in the nude.
Capt. Warren Merriman said that police “don’t know” whether the man’s drug use contributed to his behavior.
Merriman said that no one was injured and the man was taken to Manatee Memorial Hospital for evaluation.
A Florida man who was found naked and relaxing on a couch in a Bradenton school building, said that he thought he was in his motel room.
Security officers responding to a suspected burglary in the Parent Information Center of the School District of Manatee on Wednesday night, noticed a broken pane of glass in the entrance door.
When they went inside, they found a man sprawled on a couch and notified police.
Arriving officers arrested Barry Douglas White and charged him with burglary of an unoccupied building.
They added that White could not explain why he thought the school district building was his motel.
To be fair, when looking at photos of the building, it does look a little like a motel…

A San Diego man was arrested on prowling charges early on Thursday after being found naked in his neighbor’s bed, police said.
The 25-year-old man, whose name has not been released, broke into his female neighbor’s home, undressed and got into her bed.
When the neighbor got home and discovered the naked intruder, she called police.
Officers arrived and arrested the man who told them he went into the woman’s house because he heard a noise, then got naked and into her bed because he “he did not want to startle her,” police said.
And one more naked story for the road…
A naked and drunk Canadian inmate who was doing a cartoon impersonation dance unintentionally showed jail guards a plastic bag containing drugs hidden in his backside.
The man had been arrested while cavorting on a street with a beer in one hand and a cheeseburger in the other in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, The National Post reported.
Jail officers suspected the man had also ingested drugs, so he was ordered to undress in a cell for observation.
The man reportedly asked guards if they were familiar with the animated character Cyril Sneer, an evil pink aardvark.
Court heard he then tucked his genitals between his legs, bent over and began dancing like the character moves, the report said.
During his performance, guards noticed a piece of plastic protruding from his bottom.
It was found to contain four doses of the powerful painkiller Hydromorphone, guards said.
Troy Campbell pleaded guilty to drug possession and was fined $805, the report said.
Sometimes crimes seemed to happen cluster together. For some reason naked people have made the news feeds yesterday:
Naked man causes traffic delays
Police in Australia said they have arrested a naked man who caused traffic delays by running across a bridge and setting off fire hydrants.
A Sydney police spokeswoman said the naked man ran across the Sydney Harbor Bridge around 6 p.m. Tuesday and turned on “a number of fire hydrants” along the way, The (Sydney) Telegraph reported Wednesday.
“After a foot chase across the bridge he was apprehended,” the spokeswoman said.
The man was taken to a local hospital for assessment. Police said there were lengthy traffic delays while emergency services were on the scene.
Naked man covered in cooking spray arrested
Police in Rock Island, Illinois, arrested a man found naked and covered in cooking spray.
Police responding to a call Monday found the man carrying a pair of shorts. Officers say the man told police he’d taken the shorts off because they were too big and wouldn’t stay on.
Deputy Rock Island Police Chief Jeff VenHuizen tells The Rock Island Argus that police had received reports about a naked man in the city’s business district who’d “lathered himself up with Crisco cooking spray.”
Officers who arrested 41-year-old Chad William Forber of Blue Grass allege they found drugs in the pocket of his shorts. He also was carrying a container of cooking spray.
He’s charged with possession of methamphetamine, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Priest arrested for nude DUI
A Catholic priest who serves as a pastor of a church in Dearborn was arrested for driving under the influence while naked and carrying a laptop computer.
A statement from the Archdiocese of Detroit indicates Father Peter Petroske, pastor of Sacred Heart parish in Dearborn, was stopped and arrested by police last Thursday on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Petroske is facing charges of indecent exposure because he was naked at the time he was arrested. He also reportedly had a laptop computer with him in the car.
The Archdiocese has suspended Petroske indefinitely from his duties as pastor. He is not allowed on church property. He cannot live in the rectory. He cannot present himself as a priest.
Although the arrest took place last Thursday, Father Petroske said mass this past Sunday and did not report the arrest to the Archdiocese.
Father Petroske came to the Dearborn parish in 2008 after serving in Southgate. The Archdiocese has informed parish staff about Petroske’s suspension.
A retired priest, Father Robert Blondell, will temporarily take over the role of pastor.
Dearborn police are not commenting on the case until formal charges have been filed.
Randy Travis found naked on road, arrested for DWI after car crash
Country music legend Randy Travis was arrested for driving while intoxicated after wrecking his car late Tuesday (Aug. 7) night.
Reports also have surfaced that someone called the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office because a man was found lying naked in the middle of the road.
Cops found Travis and his 1998 Pontiac Trans Am, which he had run into barricades on the side of the road.
Once in the back of the police car, the naked Travis reportedly threatened to shoot and kill the officers, which led to him being charged with “retaliation and obstruction,” a felony.
It is apparent in his new mugshot Travis suffered some minor injuries from the car crash.
It is still unknown why he was naked. According to Grayson County Records, he was released this morning after posting bonds totaling $21,500.
This was the second time the country star has been arrested this year.
He was charged with public intoxication the night of the Super Bowl after police found him drunk inside his car outside a Baptist church in Sanger, Texas.
Several Pakistani police officers have been suspended after they were accused of parading a couple naked in public.
According to witnesses, police in the Sindh town of Gambat forced the man and woman to walk to the police station naked as punishment for trying to have sex outside marriage.
Mobile phone footage shows a naked man being beaten by police and a woman begging them to let her cover herself.
After a public outcry, officials suspended the officers involved.
Incidents of public dishonouring are not uncommon in Pakistan, but this incident is particularly shocking because it was carried out by police and filmed on mobile phones.
The footage shows the man, Mumtaz Mirbahar, being pushed around and abused by police officers on his property.
He is then forced to walk naked to the police station, alongside his alleged partner, as a large crowd looks on.
Mr Mirbahar said he has been “deeply scarred” by the incident.
He has been released on bail, but the woman involved is still in detention.
Local police said they took action in response to several public complaints against Mr Mirbahar, who has been reportedly holding drink and dance parties during the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
Neighbours confirmed that there had been an issue, but said the police did not have the right to humiliate anyone in that manner.
