23-year-old Joshua Seater peed in an open drinking-water reservoir on Portland’s Mount Tabor last year and was caught.

He has now pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of “misuse of a reservoir”.

If Joshua Seater, now 23, completes 24 hours of community service by Oct. 10 he won’t have to serve five days in jail. Also, the charge will be dismissed.

Seater declined to comment after Thursday’s court appearance at the Multnomah County Justice Center.

He will complete his community service at a food pantry in Colton, Ore., where Seater now lives, lawyer Dawn Andrews told Multnomah County Circuit Judge Richard Baldwin.
