A beautician in Texas was jailed after she was accused of administering breast augmentation injections.

Tyler police say one customer ended up hospitalized in critical condition with chest pain after injections from Carmel Mitchelle Foster-Alexander at her Queen Divas Hair Salon and Spa.

Foster was arrested on Thursday after a tip led Harrison County sheriff’s deputies to a rural house about 5 miles north of Marshall.

She was arrested and booked into the Harrison County Jail in Marshall, awaiting return to Smith County. She is held on a $200,000 bond.

A police statement says that Foster is charged with two counts of practicing medicine without a license, but Police spokesman Donald Martin says that other injection recipients have come forward and more charges are possible.
