Andrei Bibbs, 53, of Blue Island, seemed surprised that Illinois State Police picked him up for driving under the influence on Saturday in Will County. He was booked into Will County Jail a short time later.
There’s little information available on Bibbs, other than he is unemployed, lives in the 3000 block of Coopers Grove Court in the south suburb, had his bail set at $2,000 and faces a Jan. 30 court date.
